Nia Lamas, Leah Mendibles, Nereyda Alvarez, Sienna Bianchi and Anayacsi Diaz all placed in the top 10 for Sanger High of California in the Central Section Division 2 girls final to produce a 27-117 victory over Bakersfield Frontier at Woodward Park in Fresno. Lamas was second in 18:50.99 on the 5-kilometer course for Sanger, which elevated from runner-up at the 2019 Central Section final.
